Contact us at doctorrob@mycareerteacher.com and we will set up a time for a quick 20 minute phone call to learn about you, your needs, and explain our process in more detail.
Once the initial conversation is done, we will send out to you several items for you to complete and send back to us. These are surveys and in take forms so we can be better prepared to help you.
In our first meeting, Dr. Rob will learn more about you, what you would like to do, grow to, or become, and begin to frame out a plan for you that makes sense to you, is realistic, and can provide results.
Homework? What? Yes, this is not designed to just talk, listen, and move forward. As we work through your needs Dr. Rob will give you homework to do (maybe a survey, and analysis, or aspects he would like you to research). Remember, this is growth and development teaching.
In between meetings, where applicable, I will send you content to read or view, to help with the process of what we are doing. I will check in with you via email to make sure you are staying on track. Again, we are not mentoring or coaching you, we are teaching you how to navigate the corporate world and to help you grow your career.
When we are done, you will have a plan that you are comfortable with, and be able to move forward in your career and development. Though we are always here to re-engage with you if you need more help or hit any roadblocks.
