Career Growth & Development

Throughout my career I have been in the fortunate position to lead and grow both employees and college students. I have had the opportunity to teach an incredible range of individuals with an extremely wide group of issues and challenges. Having been a leader in the business world, I have also had the ability to learn how to help individuals grow, develop open relationships with them, and find out what they really want and what they might need to get there. 

We are going to discuss what you are experiencing, investigate who you are as a person, and then work to develop a learning plan for your current situation and future goals. In effect, every person I teach will have their own plan based on who they are and what they are dealing with at the time. There is no magical formula for this but through listening and planning, we can get you there

• Current leaders or managers that need additional teaching to grow and develop

• Organizations that want one-on-one coaching for their leaders, managers, and employees

• Current non-managerial individuals looking to understand how to grow into a management or leadership position

• Individuals whose careers have stalled and need direction and support to continue their growth

• Students who are trying to understand what to do next after their degree
